The price will be determined by design of creations considering your budget.
Please refer to the "Reference Price".
・For MBONMBONNE eShop
The price will be displayed in ¥ (Japanese Yen) JPY including consumption tax.
* For Overseas (except for Japan): Please consider paying that the equivalent total amount of ¥ (Japanese Yen) JPY converted on the exchange rate of the payment date.
Purchase Of Creations
・For Custom Made Jewellery
It is when we formally receive your order.
・For MBONMBONNE eShop
It is when you formally place an order from eShop.
* It will not be able to accept an offer of the change of the jewellery design or your cancellation at this stage.
Extra Charge Except For Creations
It will add to cost you as follows:
・Consumption Tax
・Bank Transfer Fee
・Shipping Costs*
・Gift Commission Fee**: ￥300
* It may cost you if necessary.
** It will cost you by request.
For Payment
The payment will be available one of the following methods.
・Bank transfer*
・PayPal - It will be necessary to create a new account if you do not have.
・Cash - Possible to pay us directly when delivering the creation by hand.
* Please burden bank transfer fee at your expense.
** Please note that you require to inform us if payer name is different from the person who buy the creation.
Payment Period
・We will inform you the details of payment methods in the invoice attached to the notification email of preparation to delivery for the creation.
・In some cases, We may require a 30% deposit of the full amount when you place an order and will charge you the remaining balance when the creation is completed to deliver to you.
* Your payment requires being completed within 7 days shortly after the next day you receive the information email.
** It will be cancelled if we are not able to confirm your payment after the deadline.
Delivery Period
We will arrange to deliver after your payment is confirmed.
It will be one of the following ways to deliver to you.
・We will arrange to deliver to Japan and overseas within delivery services*.
・Delivery by hand may be available. Please contact us if you would like to.
* For Delivery
－ For Japan in domestic areas: It will be arranged to deliver within 3 days by registered mail. The delivery date may take 4 or 5 days over weekends and Japanese holidays.
－ For Overseas (except Japan): Delivery days will be 5 days on average by air mail. The delivery date may take more than 5 days as it varies depending on the transportation, customs clearance as well as the mail handling procedures and other factors in each destination countries.
－ Restrictions on overseas shipping: Please note that the overseas shipping for valuables such as jewellery is restricted by some countries as their regulations.
Shipping Costs
For Japan in domestic areas: The costs are generally free*.
For Overseas (except Japan): It will charge the commission fee ¥1,000*.
* It will cost you the package fee if it is exceeded the normal range or standards.
** For tariff on shipment: Please note that the tariff may happen to be paid by the purchaser. The tariff guidelines vary depending on each destination countries and the contents of the luggage. Please understand that we, MBONMBONNE (this shop), are unable to investigate the tariff amount as it varies depending on each country.
For Returns
We accept returns of our purchased creations only if you received the defected creations.
Please write us from Contact Form within 7 days* of the receipt date for your purchase.
・We will repair by free or the payment will be refunded**.
・We will cover the delivery (shipping) fee.
* It will not be accepted the contact for returns after the 7 days passed even though you received the defect creation.
** It will be covered by repairs or will be refunded due to just the one creation.
Conditions Of Returns
It requires the following conditions:
・The creation must be in the state of unused.
・It must be returned with receipt in the same state of the purchase.
・You will be accepted our instructions for the procedure of the returns.
Customers Services (For Repair)
We will only accept repairs for purchased our creations.

【Free Repair】
・There is a 6-month warranty on purchased our creations. We will accept to repair for free of charge under warranty.
・It will only cover our creations priced over ￥30,000. Please be sure to attach the warranty.
・The repair fee will charge if you do not have the warranty even if it is under warranty.
【Non-Free Repair】
・The repair fee will cost you from ￥1,500 or more (The fee will be depended on the damage of the creation.).
【Common Support For Free Repair・Non-Free Repair】
・Please be sure to pay the delivery (shipping) fee for sending us, however, we will cover the fee for sending back.
・It may happen to be unable to repair sooner due to depending on the state of the creation or due to the situation of availability for materials.
Disclaimer
・It shall not be able to assume any responsibility in case of the customer suffered damage due to dirt, damage, loss, accident, impact on clothing, the body affected by metal allergy, etc., which caused by the customer.
・This shop may cancel the purchase at the discretion of this shop when the following grounds occur. This shop is not responsible at all even if we cannot provide our creations in this case.
－ When troubles related to delivery occur such as failure to specify delivery destination
－ When our creations that cannot be purchased due to system failure occurs or receipt of orders exceeding the number of sales limit occurred.
－ When our creations cannot be provided due to other reasons.
・For purchase of our creations by juveniles, it shall be acted on by the guardian’s responsibility. In some cases, we may conduct transactions after consent of the guardians.
